The Eagle Point Oregon Traffic School Diversion Program is a Traffic Course that may, if eligible, result in the dismissal of minor traffic violations in lieu of a conviction on your record.
Court approval may be required. Check with the court that the traffic ticket/citation was issued.
Eligibility is determined based on the type of violation you were cited for, prior moving violation convictions within the last 3 years and any prior participation in a traffic school program within the last 3 years.
Some violations will require further Judge approval prior to participation in this program.
Traffic School is not available for citations for going 100mph or greater, for reckless driving, or any other driving Traffic offenses including, but not limited to, Driving Under the Influence, Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver, Attempt to Evade or Elude and/or Driving While Suspended.
Traffic offenses usually consist or moving violations.
This program is not available to anyone possessing a Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
